Billie Bead uses the millefiori technique in polymer clay formed over a sub-structure of recycled plastic, metal or porcelain. The technique involves facets of colored clay that are fused together to make these exceptional patterns which contain a minimum of 24 elements, showing the life that is expressed in the creation of these exceptional artifacts.
